Where's my tracking number?

Can i cancel my order?
expand_moreToys (orders under $500): JLD ships most orders the same day. Therefore, cancellations are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a free 90-day return service. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
Sex Dolls (over $500): You can cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement. Email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, email, and name within 24 hours. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and you will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.
Can I modify my order after shopping?
