Pretty poggers The doll is INSANELY detailed, when I first opened the box i was honestly surprised. they managed to put veins on just about every body part, and even threw in some of the blue veins for extra detail. The head was also in very good condition, I chose silicon so it was pretty solid and also just as detailed as the body. The makeup is also good, though im not too picky about that tbh. The skin is a bit rough, but with some powder it becomes really smooth, and the tits and ass are very soft, like the texture of a bag of detergent (?). The skeleton is pretty solid as well, and the doll can easily hold just about whatever pose I put it in. I also appreciate the articulation on the fingers, those can be moved in just about every direction as well. The only negatives I can give are that the body didnt arrive completely perfect, there were a few dings in it here and there, but they seem to have melded themselves out. Also, the doll is INCREDIBLY heavy, DO NOT lift it with your back. Pop a squat to lift it, and use your legs. Please dont make the same mistake I did, my back will probably never be the same. Overall, I'd give it a solid 9.2/10. Quality is definitely good, and I don't have any real complaints.

For extra peace of mind, optional Worry-Free Delivery protection is offered at checkout in supported countries (USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). It covers loss, shipping damage, delivery delay and theft after delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying?
Yes, within a short window. Changes to the customization can be requested within 12 hours of ordering (a 79 USD modification fee may apply).
Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order; a 20% cancellation fee may apply, so an approved cancellation receives an 80% refund. After that the doll is already in production and changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.
Because custom dolls are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. This is exactly why you approve the factory photos before shipping, and why damaged or faulty dolls are resolved with replacement parts or replacement. Is the packaging discreet and are customs fees included?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product description or Joy Love Dolls branding on the outside, delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Billing is discreet as well.
Customs: for the USA and most EU countries we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price and nothing extra is charged on delivery. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, South Africa and a few other destinations, import duties or taxes may be collected separately by the courier.
