Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 3 reviews.

SIMPLY AMAZING!! 5 STARS!!! Where to begin? These dolls are not just for single men, I somehow convinced my long time girlfriend to let us get one to spice things up in the bedroom without all the unnecessary hassles/risks and we were both pleasantly surprised with the supurb quality of the doll. We decided to go with the WM classic porn star body also known as WM Miranda on the website. I was skeptical of ordering from a site like this because it's from a different continent (Asia) and we're from North America. In the past, packages from overseas would get mixed up (or were scams) and we would never get them. However, this is no scam and I wanted to write a well thought out review to happily declare that it is all legitimate and to also say how pleased we both are. The package did arrive and customer service was fantastic in helping us with all of our questions during the manufacturing and shipping of her. It took about a month before she shipped (because of the current world agenda) but once she did, it only took about 5 days. They also added in 2 extra different wigs because of the delay, which was nice and the wigs are also made of real hair! I wasn't as worried with how long it took her to arrive as I was mostly worried about if she'd arrive at all. She did though, and we were completely blown away by the quality of the Doll. She looks exactly like the studio photos that the company uses for the site, her butt seems a little bigger and better, and the head we chose surprisingly looks nicer in person too. They did a great job with the packaging and shipping and we were suprised with how well she was protected and clean she stayed. I hope their workers are treated fairly and are well compensated for their efforts because they are honestly doing fantastic work and deserve to be mentioned. She came with all the correct features and accessories we ordered except for the TPE repair glue, which they did refund. She also came with a USB vagina heater, squirt bottle for cleaning the holes, a comb, a hook set for hanging her head, an eye mask, face masks, gloves, an ultra soft pink night gown and blanket which were things we didn't order, so i'm guessing that they are complementary items, very nice! She's obviously pretty heavy at close to 70lbs but that's a good thing because she is a full sized human doll after all. It's difficult to get her to stand on her own but she can do it after a little sweating to help her up. The wigs are great but hard to keep untangled and the hands and arms could use better movement and mobility. The eyebrows, eyeshadow and lip color fades away very quickly, luckily, it's okay to put some light makeup on her. There is only so much that is possible with them at the moment and we can only wait for more advancements in the technology, which is still phenomenal for how far it's come. The main thing is that she looks and feels like a real human and we are extremely happy with the customer service, our purchase as a whole, and will most likely be ordering wonderful works of art from JoyLoveDolls again. WM and JoyLoveDolls, thank you very much!

Frequently asked questions

VIEW ALL FAQS

How long until I receive my doll?

5'3" (162cm) - E-Cup - Body is made to order. Production usually takes about 3 weeks and shipping another 7 to 14 days, so most custom dolls arrive in approximately 3 to 4 weeks in total.

More complex configurations can take longer. You receive a tracking number as soon as your doll ships, plus status updates by email.

Deliveries to the USA may currently take about 10 days longer because of increased customs inspections.

Can I customize this doll?

Yes. Body, head, skin tone, hair, eyes, nails, bust and many other details are selected under Customize your doll above the Add to cart button.

The available options come directly from the manufacturer and vary by brand and model.

If you want something that is not listed, add a special request in the order notes and we will check it with the factory before production starts.

Will my doll look exactly like the photos, and do I see it before it ships?

The product photos show the real model from the manufacturer(5'3" (162cm) - E-Cup - Body).

For eligible custom orders you also receive factory photos and/or videos of your own finished doll before it leaves the factory, so you can confirm every option is as ordered, and corrections can still be requested at that stage where possible. Your doll ships only after your approval.

Clothing and accessories in the photos are used for presentation and are not usually included with the doll. Lingerie and outfits are available in our accessories collection.

Is Joy Love Dolls a legitimate store and is this an authentic brand doll?

Yes.

Joy Love Dolls has sold dolls since 2018, with 18,000+ orders worldwide and 1,200+ verified reviews.

We are an authorized reseller of every brand in this store.

The manufacturer's authorization certificates are published on our Brand Authorization Certificates page, and each doll carries the manufacturer's anti-counterfeit code as proof of authenticity.

What happens if my doll arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Do not use the doll. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the problem. We review the case with the manufacturer and, depending on the issue, arrange replacement parts, repair or replacement, or another appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and damaged parts until the claim is reviewed.

For extra peace of mind, optional Worry-Free Delivery protection is offered at checkout in supported countries (USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). It covers loss, shipping damage, delivery delay and theft after delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Yes, within a short window. Changes to the customization can be requested within 12 hours of ordering (a 79 USD modification fee may apply).

Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order; a 20% cancellation fee may apply, so an approved cancellation receives an 80% refund. After that the doll is already in production and changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.

Because custom dolls are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. This is exactly why you approve the factory photos before shipping, and why damaged or faulty dolls are resolved with replacement parts or replacement. Email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number for any change request.

Is the packaging discreet and are customs fees included?

Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product description or Joy Love Dolls branding on the outside, delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Billing is discreet as well.

Customs: for the USA and most EU countries we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price and nothing extra is charged on delivery. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, South Africa and a few other destinations, import duties or taxes may be collected separately by the courier. Not sure about your country? Ask us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Which payment methods do you accept, and can I pay in installments?

We accept

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • UnionPay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Joy Love Dolls gift cards

The options available for your country are shown at checkout.

Yes, you can pay in installments: Klarna lets you split the purchase into monthly payments, and the available plans are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Klarna purchases are covered by Klarna Buyer Protection and card payments by your card issuer's purchase protection.

Silicone or TPE, which should I choose?

Both are used by the leading manufacturers.

Silicone holds very fine facial and skin detail, is less porous, easier to keep clean and more heat and stain resistant.

TPE feels especially soft to the touch and is usually more affordable. Many models let you choose the body material in the options, and the material of this doll is listed in the specifications above.

How do I care for the doll?

Clean the insert thoroughly after each use and let it dry before storing.

Use only water-based lubricant; silicone-based or oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone.

For the doll itself, follow the manufacturer's care instructions supplied with your order.

The exact height and weight are listed on this page, so you can judge how easily you can move, dress and store the doll before you order.
