The package did arrive and customer service was fantastic in helping us with all of our questions during the manufacturing and shipping of her. It took about a month before she shipped (because of the current world agenda) but once she did, it only took about 5 days. They also added in 2 extra different wigs because of the delay, which was nice and the wigs are also made of real hair! I wasn't as worried with how long it took her to arrive as I was mostly worried about if she'd arrive at all. She did though, and we were completely blown away by the quality of the Doll. She looks exactly like the studio photos that the company uses for the site, her butt seems a little bigger and better, and the head we chose surprisingly looks nicer in person too. The wigs are great but hard to keep untangled and the hands and arms could use better movement and mobility. The eyebrows, eyeshadow and lip color fades away very quickly, luckily, it's okay to put some light makeup on her. There is only so much that is possible with them at the moment and we can only wait for more advancements in the technology, which is still phenomenal for how far it's come.
