🌍 Customs & Tariffs

For most destinations we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means we handle customs clearance and import taxes for you, just track your parcel and receive it at the door.

For a handful of countries we can’t prepay duties/taxes. In those cases, the courier may collect import fees from you. We’ll still help with any paperwork and provide all required documentation.

  • DDP (customs handled): Most EU countries, USA, and select regions (see list below).
  • Duties not included: Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, Malaysia, Iceland, and a few others (see list below).
