You receive a tracking number as soon as the doll ships, plus status updates by email.

Can I customize an in-stock doll?

No. In-stock dolls are pre-made and ship exactly as shown in the product photos, with the configuration listed on this page (head, body, skin tone, eyes, hair and other details). 

That is why they can be delivered in days instead of weeks. If you want to choose your own options, pick the made-to-order version of the same model or any custom doll in the store, where the manufacturer's options are available.

Will I receive factory photos before shipping?

No. Factory photos are sent for made-to-order dolls so the customer can approve a doll that is being built for them. 

In-stock dolls are already finished and stored in our warehouse, and the product photos show the exact doll you receive. 

Clothing and accessories in the photos are used for presentation and are not usually included.

What happens if my doll arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Do not use the doll. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the problem. We review the case with the manufacturer and, depending on the issue, arrange replacement parts, repair or replacement, or another appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and damaged parts until the claim is reviewed.

For extra peace of mind, optional Worry-Free Delivery protection is offered at checkout in supported countries (USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). It covers loss, shipping damage, delivery delay and theft after delivery.

Can I return or cancel an in-stock doll?

In-stock dolls are dispatched quickly, so if you need to cancel, email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number as soon as possible, before the doll leaves the warehouse. 

For hygiene reasons ready-to-ship dolls are not covered by the standard 30-day return policy unless a return is specifically approved by us. Damaged, faulty or incorrect dolls are always handled: contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we resolve it with replacement parts, repair or replacement.

Is the packaging discreet and are customs fees included?

Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product description or Joy Love Dolls branding on the outside, delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Billing is discreet as well.

Customs: for the USA and most EU countries we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price and nothing extra is charged on delivery. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, South Africa and a few other destinations, import duties or taxes may be collected separately by the courier. Silicone or TPE, which should I choose?

Both are used by the leading manufacturers. 

Silicone holds very fine facial and skin detail, is less porous, easier to keep clean and more heat and stain resistant. 

TPE feels especially soft to the touch and is usually more affordable. Many models let you choose the body material in the options, and the material of this doll is listed in the specifications above.

How do I care for the doll?

Clean the insert thoroughly after each use and let it dry before storing. Use only water-based lubricant; silicone-based or oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone.
