How long until I receive my doll?

Nina Realistic Love Doll - Starpery® is made to order. Production usually takes about 3 weeks and shipping another 7 to 14 days, so most custom dolls arrive in approximately 3 to 4 weeks in total. 

More complex configurations can take longer. You receive a tracking number as soon as your doll ships, plus status updates by email. 

Deliveries to the USA may currently take about 10 days longer because of increased customs inspections.

Can I customize this doll?

Yes. Body, head, skin tone, hair, eyes, nails, bust and many other details are selected under Customize your doll above the Add to cart button. 

The available options come directly from the manufacturer and vary by brand and model. 

If you want something that is not listed, add a special request in the order notes and we will check it with the factory before production starts.

Will my doll look exactly like the photos, and do I see it before it ships?

The product photos show the real model from the manufacturer(Nina Realistic Love Doll - Starpery®). 

For eligible custom orders you also receive factory photos and/or videos of your own finished doll before it leaves the factory, so you can confirm every option is as ordered, and corrections can still be requested at that stage where possible. Your doll ships only after your approval.

Clothing and accessories in the photos are used for presentation and are not usually included with the doll. Lingerie and outfits are available in our accessories collection.

Is Joy Love Dolls a legitimate store and is this an authentic brand doll?

What happens if my doll arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Do not use the doll. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the problem. We review the case with the manufacturer and, depending on the issue, arrange replacement parts, repair or replacement, or another appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and damaged parts until the claim is reviewed.

For extra peace of mind, optional Worry-Free Delivery protection is offered at checkout in supported countries (USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). It covers loss, shipping damage, delivery delay and theft after delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Yes, within a short window. Changes to the customization can be requested within 12 hours of ordering (a 79 USD modification fee may apply). 

Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order; a 20% cancellation fee may apply, so an approved cancellation receives an 80% refund. After that the doll is already in production and changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.

Because custom dolls are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. This is exactly why you approve the factory photos before shipping, and why damaged or faulty dolls are resolved with replacement parts or replacement. Email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number for any change request.

Is the packaging discreet and are customs fees included?

Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product description or Joy Love Dolls branding on the outside, delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Billing is discreet as well.

Customs: for the USA and most EU countries we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price and nothing extra is charged on delivery. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, South Africa and a few other destinations, import duties or taxes may be collected separately by the courier. Silicone or TPE, which should I choose?

Both are used by the leading manufacturers. 

Silicone holds very fine facial and skin detail, is less porous, easier to keep clean and more heat and stain resistant. 

TPE feels especially soft to the touch and is usually more affordable. Many models let you choose the body material in the options, and the material of this doll is listed in the specifications above.

How do I care for the doll?

Clean the insert thoroughly after each use and let it dry before storing. 

Use only water-based lubricant; silicone-based or oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone.
