We review the case with the manufacturer and, depending on the issue, arrange replacement parts, repair or replacement, or another appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and damaged parts until the claim is reviewed.
For extra peace of mind, optional Worry-Free Delivery protection is offered at checkout in supported countries (USA, Canada, UK and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand). It covers loss, shipping damage, delivery delay and theft after delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying?
Yes, within a short window. Changes to the customization can be requested within 12 hours of ordering (a 79 USD modification fee may apply).
Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order; a 20% cancellation fee may apply, so an approved cancellation receives an 80% refund. After that the doll is already in production and changes or cancellations are generally no longer possible.
Because custom dolls are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once production has begun. This is exactly why you approve the factory photos before shipping, and why damaged or faulty dolls are resolved with replacement parts or replacement. Email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number for any change request.
Is the packaging discreet and are customs fees included?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product description or Joy Love Dolls branding on the outside, delivered by UPS, FedEx or DHL with tracking. Billing is discreet as well.
Customs: for the USA and most EU countries we ship Delivered Duty Paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price and nothing extra is charged on delivery. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, New Zealand, South Africa and a few other destinations, import duties or taxes may be collected separately by the courier.
